Global New Deal brought up to the table to fix the world wide economic recession. We can't expect the market to fix itself without regulation.

During the Bush years we doubled the economic regulation oversight board from 23.5 ---> 47 billion. Yet nothing done upon these hedge funds who lost investors 60+ billion from 2 mere Ponzi Schemes. Where did that money go?
